ABOUT US
The Traffic Control Group has been the leading provider of immigration,
visa and tour logistics
services to the Music, and related industries, since 1983. The founders
of the company came from touring and music company backgrounds, giving
us a true understanding of our clients' needs.
As well as coordinating visa issuance for major acts touring worldwide,
we have also advised UKTI, DCMS, The Musicians Union, The Music Managers
Forum, The Association of British Orchestras, and British Underground,
on visa issues and are engaged in ongoing work to support these organisations.
We have investigated touring concerns, and engaged in raising awareness
of touring needs, in South East Asian and Eastern European markets, identifying
these as prime emerging concerns for our clients. This is a part of our
continuing commitment to ensuring the best possible service for your
tours.
Having never advertised, we feel that our continuing popularity, as a
service provider for touring groups, is based on our commitment to professionalism,
loyalty and sheer hard work.
We continue to maintain a strong presence at major industry events
such as South by Southwest, Midem, The Great Escape and In the
City, among
others.
We continue to strive
for excellence, and are monitored in this respect by the by the United
Kingdom Passport Agency as accredited agents, and as registered advisors
with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC).
This registration gives you peace of mind that our work is regulated under a
code of conduct. This also gives you the right of complaint to a higher authority,
in the unlikely event of our not meeting your expectations.
It always has been, and continues to be, our aim, to provide a 1st Class Service,
and we appreciate all feedback from our clients in order to achieve this aim.
There are currently three members of the TCG Team, all with their own areas of
expertise, working together to provide seamless support for your touring requirements.
