RUSSIAN FEDERATION - VISAS:

There are three basic types of Russian visa handled by this office: Tourist, Business and Performance/Temporary Working.

Tourist
Requires a completed form (that must be completed on-line and then printed and signed), one colour passport photo, a passport, tourist voucher and hotel confirmation voucher.

The vouchers are often obtained via the hotel you will be staying at and/or your travel agent. However, if this is not a service they provide we can obtain these from our Russian partners at a cost for a single invite of £60. Other fees can be arranged for group travel.

N.B. Hand completed forms will not be accepted

Business
Requires a completed form (that must be completed on-line and then printed and signed), one colour passport photo, a passport, a letter (from a U.K. company stating purpose of trip) and a business voucher.

The voucher is usually organised by the company one is visiting in Russia. However, if they are unable to do so we can arrange business vouchers (P.O.A.). Again, if a group are travelling a reduction may be possible.

Performance/Temporary Work

Requires a completed form (that must be completed on-line and then printed and signed), one colour passport photo, a passport and a Telex Number.

The Telex Number relates to an application that has been filed and approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, allowing individuals to work temporarily in Russia. This is done by the promoter on most occasions.

However, should you promoter be unsure of the process, we can arrange “Original Invitations” for performance, costs for this service are available on a case by case basis.

Non-U.K. nationals are asked to provide proof of living in the U.K. for over a year or a current residency permit, they may also be asked to provide other documents such as proof of travel insurance and/or bank statements.
