Signposting

When we are unable to advise on a case due to its complexity being outside of our remit, we are legally obliged to signpost you to a higher level advisor.

Below is a list of OISC registered or exempt advisers / solicitors who specialise in music/entertainment industry and immigration issues. They are not the only firms active in this field, but are among the most prominent or best known to us at the moment.

Clients should be aware that some high street firms may not have sufficient day to day dealings with the music business to have built up an expertise in music industry requirements/contracts. TCG Ltd. is aware that the firms listed below practice in the music/entertainment industry.

Should you require the services of a higher level adviser we will inform you as soon as is reasonably possible, following communication from Work Permits U.K. or the IND. You are not obliged to use any of the advisers listed here, this list is for your information only. We take no fees for referrals, though these advisers will have separate costs that should be confirmed before you engage them for higher level immigration advice.
